Extensive Inspection Tour Conducted by Senior Faculty and Hospital Administration Leaders

As part of the continuous field monitoring efforts undertaken by the Faculty administration to ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services and comprehensive patient care at the University Hospital, an extensive inspection tour was conducted by a delegation of senior leaders from the Faculty of Medicine and the Executive Administration of the University Hospitals.
The visit aimed to monitor workflow, assess the quality of medical services provided, and directly follow up on patients' conditions across various hospital departments.
The delegation included a distinguished group of academic, medical, and administrative leaders, including:
• Professor Hany Hamed Desouky, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of University Hospitals.
• Professor Mohamed Nagi Mohiesen Omran, Vice Dean for Community Service and Environmental Development.
• Dr. Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of Beni-Suef University Hospitals.
• Professor Al-Zahraa Mohamed Fahmy, Director of the Internship Program.
• Ms. Hanaa Shaaban, Administrative Deputy Director of the University Hospital.
• Mr. Ahmed Taha, Deputy Administrative Director of the Emergency Department.
Departments Visited During the Tour
The delegation inspected several vital departments and reviewed their operational reports, including:
• The Hemodialysis Unit.
• The Internal Medicine Emergency Department.
• The University Hospitals Pharmacy.
• The Emergency Pharmacy Unit, to ensure prompt and accurate response to critical cases.
• Additional inpatient and emergency care areas to assess patient care services and treatment quality.
The tour focused on closely monitoring patient conditions, identifying their needs, ensuring the smooth operation of services, verifying administrative discipline, and confirming the availability of all necessary medical supplies. These efforts align with Beni-Suef University's comprehensive vision for advancing the healthcare system and providing distinguished medical services to the residents of the governorate.
