Under the patronage of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and as part of the university administration’s continuous field monitoring of the healthcare system to ensure the provision of the highest standards of medical care and comprehensive healthcare services to citizens around the clock, an extensive nighttime inspection tour was conducted at the University Hospital by a delegation of leaders from the Faculty of Medicine and the Executive Administration of the University Hospitals.
The tour aimed to monitor the workflow, assess the quality of medical services provided, and directly follow up on patients' conditions across various hospital departments.

The tour was attended by a distinguished group of medical and administrative leaders to ensure the highest levels of discipline and operational readiness, including:
Professor.DR. Hany Hamed Desouky, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board.
Professor Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of Beni Suef University Hospitals.
Ms. Hanaa, Administrative Deputy of the University Hospital.
Mr. Walid Salah, Administrative Director of the Emergency Department.
Mr. Ahmed Taha, Deputy Administrative Director of the Emergency Department.
Departments Visited During the Tour
The delegation inspected several key departments and reviewed their operational reports, including:
Emergency Department: To monitor response times and ensure the prompt and accurate management of critical cases.
Obstetrics and Gynecology Surgery Department: To review the conditions of admitted patients and ensure the availability of the necessary medical care.
General Surgery Department: To follow up on the regular operation of surgical services and procedures provided to patients.
Emergency Radiology Department: To verify the efficiency and readiness of medical equipment and the timely issuance of diagnostic reports for emergency cases.
Objectives of the Tour
The inspection focused on closely monitoring patient conditions and addressing their needs, while also ensuring the smooth operation of hospital services, administrative discipline, and the availability of all necessary medical supplies. These efforts align with Beni Suef University’s comprehensive development strategy to enhance the healthcare system and provide high-quality medical services that meet the expectations of the community and the residents of Beni Suef Governorate.
