Remarkable Success of the 4th Dermatology Department Conference (BSDC), Held in Cairo for the First Time
Under the patronage of  Professor .Dr. Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, and under the supervision and attendance of Dr. Hany Hamed, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, the Fourth Annual Conference of the Dermatology Department (BSDC) was successfully launched, bringing together a distinguished group of medical professors and specialists from universities across Egypt.
Outstanding Leadership and Excellent Organization
Participants highly praised the scientific content and professional organization of the conference, which was chaired by Dr. Yasser El-Gohary, Head of the Dermatology Department. He stated that the conference attracted more than 1,000 physicians and featured 45 speakers representing various Egyptian universities.
A particularly notable contribution was made by Dr. Maha Ezzat, Professor of Dermatology, who was described as the “driving force behind the conference” in recognition of her exceptional efforts in planning, organizing, and coordinating the event.
For his part, Dr. Hany Hamed, Dean of the Faculty, emphasized that the Faculty remains fully committed to supporting scientific activities that enhance physicians’ professional competencies and contribute to serving the community. He praised the Dermatology Department as one of the Faculty’s key academic pillars and extended his sincere appreciation and gratitude to the department’s faculty members, especially Dr. Yasser El-Gohary, Head of the Department, for their dedicated efforts in ensuring the conference’s success.
The conference concluded with several important scientific recommendations and was marked by a strong sense of pride and achievement. Participants expressed their commitment to continuing scientific excellence and advancing medical knowledge in the years ahead.
