Inspection Tour by the Dean of Beni Suef Faculty of Medicine at the University Hospitals

In line with the directives of Professor Tarek Ali, President of Beni Suef University, to ensure the regularity of work and enhance the quality of healthcare services, Professor Hany Hamed Desouky, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the University Hospitals Board, conducted an inspection tour this morning at Beni Suef University Hospitals.
The tour was carried out under the supervision of Professor Emad El-Banna, Executive Director of Beni Suef University Hospitals.
Departments Visited
The inspection included the following departments:
• Cardiology Department
• Neurology and Neurosurgery Department
• Orthopedic Surgery Department
Accompanying Delegation
The Dean was accompanied during the tour by:
• Professor Wael El-Shaer – Head of the Plastic Surgery Department
• Dr. Abdel Aziz – Director of Outpatient Clinics
• Ms. Hanaa Shaaban – Director General of Nursing
• Mr. Sarhan – Financial and Administrative Director
Follow-up on Humanitarian Cases
During the tour, Professor Hany Hamed Desouky checked on the health conditions of Palestinian patients arriving from the Gaza Strip to receive medical treatment at the university hospitals. The patients were distributed across the following departments:
• One patient in the Neurology and Neurosurgery Department
• Two patients in the Cardiac Surgery Department
• Two patients in the Orthopedic Surgery Department
The patients were accompanied by seven family members.

The Dean emphasized the provision of comprehensive medical care and treatment services, stressing that the university hospitals are dedicating all available resources to serving patients, particularly Palestinian brothers and sisters, in accordance with the directives of the university administration.
He also conveyed the greetings of the University President and reaffirmed the university’s commitment to continuing the provision of humanitarian and medical support at the highest standards.
