The Quality Council of the Faculty of Medicine was held under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Hani Hamed Desouki, Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the University Hospitals, on Sunday, October 12, 2025.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Azza Embaby, Director of the Quality Unit at the faculty, and the members of the Quality Council.
The council discussed updates on the performance development plan and improving the quality system in all academic and medical activities. They also reviewed performance indicators and periodic reports, and established mechanisms for continuous improvement in line with local and international accreditation standards.
The council focused on enhancing quality standards and academic and medical excellence, and reviewing continuous improvement plans to ensure the provision of the best services to students and patients.
